Job Description
Prepare and review the sold units contracts, cancelation and unit transfers.
Coordinate with the finance department to get the necessary financial information to be included in the contract.
Keep track of and file all issued contracts.
Coordinate with the legal department to insure the legalities of the contracts.
Review issued contracts with all concerned departments.
Assist during client contract signature meetings, and insuring clients sign all required documents such as reservation, payment plan etc .
In charge of units reservation.
Prepare the floor plans in coordination with the Engineering department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Experience :4-6 years of experience in contract issuing; real estate experience is a must.
EDUCATION: License in law.
Qualifications:
Depth knowledge of MS office.
English proficiency
Up to date with legal requirements.
