Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Contracts Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and review. They will oversee contract administration, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on contract-related issues. The Senior Contracts Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any contractual disputes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

The Candidate shall be aware to both Pre and Post award activities.

Any Special Need of any Software, certification, membership etc. we are using Sap Fiori and Ariba which will give the candidate a credit if he aware of using them. No specific certification or membership is a must, but it gives a credit if the candidate holds any related professional certificate.

Candidate requirement is for Civil Buildings / Petrol station project or, for Oil and Gas projects. (Very IMP).
