Job Description
- Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
- Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
- Collaborating with client and Consultant teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
- Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets
- Provide support on all aspects of Cost Management to the Project team as may be required.
- Assisting in the development of procedures of cost management system
- Maintaining the log of approved or disapproved changes to project budgets
- Running and analyzing earned value reports
- Monitoring and reporting project-level cost trends
- Tracking the provisional sums/contingency
- Preparing executive information summary reports for program management staff
Qualifications
- 7: 10years of years experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Architecture / Civil Engineering
