Overview
The Senior Creative Professional will spearhead all creative and design initiatives across our platforms, including our website, mobile app, social media channels, paid marketing campaigns, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. This role demands a unique blend of creative flair and strategic thinking, overseeing a large team to deliver compelling and cohesive brand messages that resonate with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all online content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
- Oversee the production of high-quality creative materials for digital marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
- Manage and mentor a large team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Plan and execute 14-15 major photoshoots annually for special events, new season launches, and end-of-season campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and data analysis teams to understand consumer behavior and trends, leveraging insights to guide creative strategies.
- Champion our company value of exceeding expectations every day by continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Online Editor, Brand Director, Creative Head, or similar leadership role in a top fashion brand or creative agency.
- Strong background in fashion and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, with an impressive portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful creative work.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large team.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Knowledge of Arabic language and culture is highly desirable, given our extensive operations across the UAE, GCC, and Saudi Arabia.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of turning data insights into compelling campaigns and creative content.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace and lead change in a dynamic environment.
