Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative at Summit in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives and help develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software
- Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
Additional certifications or training in customer service are a plus.
