MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organisations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst Workforce Management who will be responsible for providing support to Operations teams to address the demand of resources/FTEs.
Your Job
- Forecast resourcing needs based on historical data (frequencies, automation, average handling times) and staffing shrinkage variables;
- Produce monthly hiring plan recommendations to secure operations service levels and conduct necessary alignments with Ops leaders, human resources and the Finance departments:
- Conduct monthly staffing and budget controls in close collaboration with Finance dpt and management;
- Support operations in providing the necessary outcomes/details for their presentations and resourcing forecast
- Document the workforce management process, components, parametersetc. as applicable and ensure that any changes are reflected in the dashboards as applicable
- Develop triggering reports that assist other stakeholders to review their processes for any updates if any.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics/applied statistics, finance or demonstrated relevant work experience
- +5 years experience in reporting or resource planning functions, in a customer focused and performance-driven organization
- Advanced excel /VBA and analytical skills. Experience in using query languages such as SQL
- Advanced skills in analytical tools such as Oracle cloud BI, Power BIetc.
- Good command of English
