- AI Model Deployment
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring proper monitoring, scalability, and optimization of performance and resource usage.
- Solution Development
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions based on models from the GenAI research team, integrating seamlessly with Elms business requirements.
- Model Validation & Testing
- Lead validation and evaluation efforts to ensure accuracy, robustness, and ethical standards of AI models prior to deployment.
- Cross-functional Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to translate research prototypes into stable, scalable solutions.
- Research Integration
- Align delivery tasks with short-term and long-term research goals, ensuring synergy between research advancements and business deployment.
- Infrastructure Coordination
- Work with infrastructure teams to ensure availability of cloud, hardware, and computing resources required for AI model scaling and deployment.
