Our client, a renowned chemical manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Senior Deal Manager to lead and manage high-stakes transactions that align with their strategic goals. This role is pivotal in overseeing mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures that support long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, while driving deal progression and ensuring milestone achievements.
- Lead due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing comprehensive investment proposals, and managing transaction terms.
- Structure deals strategically to align with both internal objectives and counterparty considerations, ensuring economic and financial robustness.
- Negotiate with external advisors and manage contracts to ensure value-for-money engagements throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Lead negotiations with external parties, including government bodies, to assess and optimize the attractiveness of the deal, ensuring alignment with organizational mandates.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in overseeing and managing investment deals.
