Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate designs for various construction and real estate projects.
- Draft and review design drawings, ensuring alignment with technical standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to execution, providing technical expertise.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Identify design-related issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design management, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of technical standards, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
