Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as a project owner representative.
- Work on developing the new projects to meet company strategy.
- Responsible on the scope of work for his own project according to the budget.
- Responsible on the cash flow distribution according to project's priority.
- Work on collecting the project data and represent it in the project brief.
- Work with design team to check that all packages are delivered with the development perspective and executed on time as agreed.
- Follow up with the engineering department on delivering the right license & full packages.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, which meet their requirements.
- Work on the coordination of the projects.
- Work closely with Marketing, provide them with all data and materials needed for all the projects.
- Follow-up sales activities and improving sales.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements & updates.
- Revise contracts with legal department.
- Renovation and developing the existing projects with assistance of the community department.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
1. Bachelor's degree of Architecture Engineering, Architecture Fine Arts or Construction Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
