We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a growing start-up here in Dubai. The role will involve collaborating closely with our DevOps Lead, Head of Engineering, and other key stakeholders to design and build scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to identify high-value features and solutions that enhance both business outcomes and user experience.

Take ownership of building and maintaining a reliable, scalable, and secure platform to ensure applications are stable, secure, and highly available.

Manage the full development lifecycle, from feature design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing performance measurement.

Improve CI/CD workflows to accelerate the time-to-market for new features.

Review code and provide mentorship to other engineers on the team.

Help shape the engineering culture by introducing best practices and encouraging knowledge-sharing across the team.

Who you are:

Experienced in DevOps/SRE (4+ years)

Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or similar

You're able to take the lead

You write clean, high-quality code

You have a strong understanding of Database Management, IaC frameworks and Containerisation

You have a strong background in managing and supporting infrastructure and platforms, with expertise in areas such as security, networking, containerization, automation, and monitoring.

You want to always keep learning, growing and improving

Fluent in English

Strong communication skills
