Our ventures include perfume stores, wholesale pet products, and more. As we continue to expand, were seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our marketing efforts across all business segments.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

Lead and manage our digital marketing team, comprising a graphic designer, video editor, photographer, and content creator.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Collaborate closely with the business owner and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.

Omnichannel Marketing:

Design and implement effective omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Media Buying:

Strategically allocate budgets for paid advertising across various channels.

Collaborate with media agencies or negotiate directly with publishers to optimize ad placements.

Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and adjust media buying strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Management:

Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging content.

Actively contribute to content strategy and development.

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor team members.

Cultivate a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven track record in leading marketing teams and achieving business objectives.

Extensive experience in omnichannel marketing.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Data-driven decision-making experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid background in using editing tools for digital content.

Highly creative with active involvement in content creation and strategy.

On-site work in Amman, Jordan is required.
