We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Position Overview: A Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends. The specialist will manage our online presence, drive engagement, and ensure the highest return on investment for our marketing activities. Additionally, the role includes supporting the broader marketing team in various digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and implement advertising strategies that align with business goals.

Google Tools Management:

  • Utilize Google Ads to create targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse trends using Google Trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Use Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic and campaign performance.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Meta campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop content strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Budget Management:

  • Set and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad content.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Support Marketing Team:

  • Assist the marketing team in various digital activities to enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad management and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Facebook Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
