We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior digital marketing specialist / media buyer to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in promoting digital products and online platforms, with a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and best practices. experience in using ai tools is a plus. in addition, the candidate should have experience and a track record in lead generation strategies and website optimization for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions for our digital products and online platforms.
manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
analyze and report on key performance metrics (e.g. ctr, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design, content, etc.) to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality results.
stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our marketing efforts.
develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers into leads.
optimize our website and landing pages for lead generation, including a/b testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience improvements.
work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts and ensure a seamless lead-to-customer journey.
Requirements:
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI.
strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing analytics tools (e.g. google analytics, mix panel, etc.).
experience in using AI tools (e.g. chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.) to enhance marketing efforts is a plus.
experience and a track record in lead generation strategies and website optimization for lead generation.
excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
passion for digital marketing and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
