Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and budget.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Mentor junior team members and manage external partners to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making.
