Job Title
Senior Digital Service Management Consultant
Job Scope
The Senior Digital Service Management Consultant is accountable for leading and supporting projects as per clients requests while developing, testing and incorporating new systems to rapidly scale program. S/He oversees a team of Consultants and coach as and when needed.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Implement BMC Digital Service Management Products from installations and configurations, to customizations and integrations while providing end users with the necessary trainings
- -Cover BMC products including:
- BMC Remedy ITSM
- BMC Helix Remedy
- BMC Helix/ OnPrem Digital Workplace
- BMC Smart IT Helix/OnPrem
- BMC Smart Reporting
- BMC Discovery
- BMC Mobility
- Remedy SSO
- BMC Client Management
- Ensure the documentation of projects is properly handled and maintained
- Identify and negotiate opportunities for expansion to cover other BMC Pillars (DBA/DSO)
- Build Magnoos BMC Private Cloud
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering up to the required service level and meeting their needs
- Handle non-technical tasks, such as scoping/RFP response, in cooperation with the Business Unit Manager
- Resolve technical issues and attend to escalated solutions accordingly
- Supervise a team of Consultants during their daily activities, coach and train as needed
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field
Experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience.
