As the Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management, you will be responsible to ensure smooth and efficient operations for the Miral Experiences Facilities in relation to the Company Core Process; thus, directly impacting the delivery of guest and colleague experience. The Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management will deliver, maintain, and manage a standard and consistent with focus in Planning and Scheduling, Cost Estimating, and Risk Management. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the Department's strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables, by supporting and defining the procedures.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Direct the design, planning, upgrade and maintenance of an organization's facilities and properties.
- Be responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future needs.
- Oversee the functioning of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, ELV and CCTV. Additionally, oversee the cleaning, landscape, waste management and statutory compliance requirements.
- Oversees all contractors involved in the delivery of Facilities Asset Management including contract administration and management.
- Establish the tools and systems necessary to manage effectively and proactively, control and report on all third parties delivering services through the Facilities Asset Management Department.
- Ensure all facilities operations comply with all local zoning laws and regulations.
- Plan, monitor and manage internal Facilities Asset Management projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and contract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and people management. Ensure project results meet stakeholder requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Ensures control over cost, schedule, changes, and appropriate risk management by reporting and discussing directly with the Vice President, Facilities & Operations Services, and interfacing with the other project functions.
- Lead strategic and quantitative assessment and recommendations of actions to be taken within the department through a deep data driven analysis on the impacts that a decision may have on the operations, costs, and guest satisfaction.
- As a participant of the Facilities Asset Management team, the Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management shall be involved in key departmental decisions. Responsible to deliver and evaluate the options and propose best alternative for those key topics that are subject for approval from the Vice President, Facilities & Operations Services.
- Design, prepares, forecasts, estimates, and monitors the organizational structure for the Soft Services and Hard Services departments considering forthcoming growth expected in the number of facilities managed.
- Team management of internal & external personnel within the Facilities Asset Management Department.
- For each Park or attraction, Define, implement, and resource the appropriate organization structure to ensure outstanding service levels considering cost efficiency.
As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:
- Educated to degree level in in Engineering / Project / Facility Management or equivalent
- Minimum of (15) years Facilities Management experience at both strategic and tactical level with 5 Years in Senior Management Position.
- Ability to effectively and accurately project manage complex contractual arrangements
- Results driven and Solid financial acumen
- Robust organizational & resource planning, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Good communication skills: ability to speak fluently in English
