We are currently seeking for a talented and dynamic Senior E-commerce Specialist - Consumer who can to drive growth and optimization of the company's online sales through effective planning and strategic decision-making. Responsible for all e-retailer account relationships. Ensure smooth distribution of consumer products through the efficient execution of key online tactics like product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and customer service. Drive achievement of ambitious sales targets in the E-commerce channel through data-driven strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships: Cultivate strong business partnerships with key stakeholders at the customer level, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities: Proactively scan the e-retailer platform for growth opportunities, proposing them to relevant internal stakeholders for action and continuous business development.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Possess in-depth knowledge of key customer insights and industry trends, leveraging these changes to proactively drive business growth.
- Champion process improvement: Identify areas for internal and external process optimization, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Monitor and optimize performance: Regularly update the customer scorecard to extract key insights and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), sharing updates internally and externally.
- Ensure service level excellence: Actively track joint service levels with the customer, promptly identifying and resolving any issues related to database management, stock management, or other areas.
- Maintain healthy cash flow: Secure timely collection of receivables across all e-retailers within agreed payment terms.
- Manage administrative tasks: Handle all necessary documentation for e-retailers, including account opening, payment terms, and GRV requests.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon about 1P/3P models and optimize e-commerce performance and driving sales growth
- Lead the business unit's sales and budget forecasts with the foresight of a financial KPI's
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams like brand managers to ensure for planning and implementing brand strategies
- Drive and oversee scalable, high-performance advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, optimizing and driving product catalog management.
- Craft and execute a winning e-commerce/q-commerce strategy to conquer sales and revenue goals, both for the present and years to come.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree in Marketing, Management, or IT related field.
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce development, management, and strategy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, commercial and analytical skills.
