The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage clients and support them to complete their Higher Studies application at UK Universities on behalf of the UK Universities.
Responsibilities
- This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students lives. You will join a dynamic international team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying in the UK, especially from Cairo, Egypt. Your responsibilities would include converting enquiries into applications and enrolling in our partner universities in the UK only.
- Lead Call inquiries who registered/attended our Events and are interested in studying in the United Kingdom.
- You will also contact students via phone, WhatsApp, email, text and other channel for day-to-day support.
- Meet students face to face and find the right courses and Universities for them.
- Assess Every Inquiry to file an assessment, and submit the Applications based on Academic background and University entry requirements.
- Discuss and find the study options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability and desired locations.
- Plan Recruitment Trips to the target local institutes
- Process Applications to Partner Universities (website, portal, UCAS, Online web portal)
- Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-up and satisfy the student's needs.
- Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrolment to our operations team and partner universities through Hubspot
- Liaise with the Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in an ethical and compliant manner.
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
- Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
- Understand Conversion techniques to meet the company's KPI and target.
- Understanding the company Act Now policy and real timely response to increasing conversion within the company time frame.
- Liaise with our Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
- Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the UK. (Training provided)
- Understanding the different admissions policies of our partners & universities (Training provided)
- Ability to work within a team
- Understanding different cultures, and working with students/colleagues/partners of different backgrounds
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, understand the JD and take accountability and responsibility for each of the tasks that are assigned within the company time frame
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree from Overseas or UK or equivalent local experience
- 2-5+ years of industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
