Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate resources and activities to ensure timely project delivery.- Oversee the implementation of electrical systems within the project.
Lead electrical design activities, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and calculations.- Source and evaluate electrical equipment and materials.
Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for electrical services and supplies.
Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify adherence to design and specifications.- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, issues, and resolutions.- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Implement corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in electrical Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years Experience of leading Data centre projects.- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and testing.
Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Effective decision-making skills under pressure.- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards

- Experience during both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
