Senior Electrical Sales Engineer

A reputable Electrical Solutions provider company is hiring (SeniorElectrical Sales Engineer ) in Cairo branch with the below qualifications:

-Electrical Engineering degree is a MUST

-At least 7 years experience in Electrical sales

-Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage

-Successful problem solving and efficient new opportunities generator

-Excellent English

-Proficiency in MS Office

The position will be responsible for:

-Settingthe annual sales plan with the board and making sure the execution is going according to the specified sales targets.

-Managing, supervising and following up the sales team to make sure everyone in the team has attained his sales target

-Selling with his team the company's products and services focusing on profitability and expanding the company market share.

-Submit sales reports to the board in a routinely manner

-Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, ensuringtheirfully understanding ofproducts, systems or services offering and provide solutions that best satisfy their need

-Prospecting new clients and driving new market opportunities in the designated market.

-Develop and execute regional strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

-Ensure market coverage vertically and horizontally within commercial segments

-Successfully ensure company's specifications included in all relevant tenders

-Maintain active participation in all relevant projects

The selection phases will consist of three levels as below:

-HR interview

-Technical interview
