Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Support acceptance management process for critical and specialized equipment / solutions in respective domain
- Manage corrective maintenance (CM) activities for Core & Cloud
- Lead the team in 2nd level support (excluding IT Applications) for Core & Cloud
- Manage operational change requests (CR) management activities in respective domain
- Ensure trouble tickets in respective domain are resolved and continuously improve workforce management practices within Infrastructure Operations area
- Provide management information related to trouble ticket resolution, preventive maintenance and corrective actions and also lead continuous improvement in these areas
Qualifications, experience and skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering
- Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in telecommunications / hi-tech industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience as managerial roles in telecommunications industry
- Expert understanding of mission critical telecom infrastructure from operational and maintenance technical aspects
Skills
- Proven ability to lead large transformation projects
- Ability to lead teams and groups
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of managing vendors
- Proven track record in governance and financial management
- Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage
