Job Purpose:
- Maintain and develop strategy for the plant for Process Information Management Systems (PIMS) computing resources, architecture, and security issues.
Key accountability:
- Administration of Yokogawa Exaquantum and OSI Pi historian Applications including review of error logs, system health checks and backups.
- Creating the Production Reports. Alarm Reports, Process Graphics in OSI PI and Yokogawa Exaquantum
- Maintenance of Yokogawa Alarm Report & Analytics and Sequence of Event Recorder
- Configuration and maintenance of PI datalink. Developing PI Asset Framework structure, PI Vision and the PI Business Integration tool Experience.
- Understanding of various layers in the OT network
- Integration of Data between OT and IT network
- Act as a technical focal point to all departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
