We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the deployment and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) within our partner's organization.
As an
ERP Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the internal aspects of the ERP implementation. You will act as the primary liaison between our partner company and external ERP vendors, ensuring that the project aligns with strategic objectives and is delivered efficiently. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating teams, managing resources, and driving the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for external ERP vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Project Oversight: Oversee internal ERP implementation aspects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and allocation of internal resources
- Milestone Management: Coordinate closely with vendor project managers to ensure project milestones are met and solutions are tailored to operational needs
- Team Leadership: Manage the internal project team by delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against goals, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary
- Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals and project changes to ensure they meet business requirements and standards
- Training & Change Management: Facilitate user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful ERP adoption across the organization
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience managing ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a retail setting is highly beneficial
