Senior EstimatorThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for managing and coordinating with the estimating team, conducting market research, analyzing proposals and bids, and preparing estimates for various interior projects. The Senior Estimator will also be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring junior estimators, preparing cost reports, and collaborating with project management teams.
Extensive knowledge of Joinery and Fit-out processes and estimating techniques- Experience in estimating for various interior projects, preferably with a Joinery and Fit-out company.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* 5+ years of experience as an estimator in joinery/fit-out industry
