The role holder is responsible for planning and executing all company events & exhibitions. The other component of the role is to be responsible for both traditional and digital campaigns within the Marcoms department. The main objective of the role is to increase the overall awareness level and positioning of Dubai Health Care City in the UAE, the region and internationally as a global healthcare destination.
- Plans events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Comes up with suggestions to enhance the events success
- Coordinates all operational requirements during events
- Leads promotional activities for the events as part of 360 marketing approach
- Ensures events are completed smoothly and steps up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyzes the event's success and prepares reports to be submitted to management
- Manages the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of the promotional campaigns of the event
- Briefs and oversees the work of internal and external agencies
- Works along with the marketing and communication head to proofreads all Marcomms collaterals both physical and digital
- Ensures that the organization's brand and identity are adhered
- Delivers regular reports of campaign/event results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Takes responsibility for executing of any trade shows or exhibitions
- Maintains regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns and events
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/communications/Events/Digital Marketing or another related field.
Years Of Experience:
7-8 years of relevant experience
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience are preferred
