Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Human Capital -Dubai Holding Entertainment: in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Collect and analyze HR data from various sources to ensure data integrity.

Generate reports and identify trends to inform strategic HR decisions.

Assist HRBPs with forecasting future workforce requirements.

Create HC Dashboards.

HR Policy Governance:

Maintain and update HR policy and procedure manuals to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Assist HRBPs with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging trends to recommend policy updates.

Ensure that all processes adhere to DHE HC policies.

Job Description Management:

Update and maintain existing job descriptions to ensure accuracy and reflect current business needs.

Partner with hiring managers to develop new job descriptions for open positions.

Ensure JDs comply with requirements and accurately represent the position.

Administrative Support:

Follow up on escalated cases of HC operations with Group Services.

Maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

Stay up to date on current HR trends and best practices.

Assist with HR projects as assigned.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data.
• Reporting Skills: Ability to generate clear, concise, and informative HR reports.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with HRBPs, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
