About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Quality Assurance in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting the Quality Lead in analysing and interpreting guest feedback from various internal and external platforms. The role focuses on identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing guest satisfaction and overall service quality as well as adherence to Jumeirah standards. Also, this position will answer guest feedback on these platforms and serve as the facilitator between the operational departments. This role is vital for maintaining and elevating the hotel's standards by ensuring that guest experiences consistently meet or exceed expectations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of feedback data from all platforms.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software for in-depth analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings to senior management.
  • Assist with preparing detailed reports on guest feedback and present findings to the Business
  • Highlight key areas of concern and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on guest satisfaction metrics and trends
  • Review and assess existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments to ensure they align with guest feedback and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new SOPs based on feedback analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and work with department heads to implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain an effective feedback loop with various departments to ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National as per government requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years in quality assurance or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to engage with guests and staff at all levels to gather feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and interpreting data and creating visuals
  • Adaptability, ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Initiative, proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues without waiting for direction.
