Oversee the daily operational tasks for the blockchain exchange system, including server management, network configuration, and database maintenance.
Monitor various services of the exchange, promptly identifying and resolving system issues to ensure high availability and stability.
Manage and optimize the system architecture to improve performance, ensuring the security and scalability of the exchange.
Handle emergency responses and incident management, developing and implementing system recovery plans to minimize the impact of failures on business operations.
Collaborate with the development team on system upgrades and feature updates, ensuring smooth deployment of new functionalities.
Write and maintain operations documentation, establishing standardized procedures.
Participate in security audits and optimization, preventing and addressing potential security threats.
Provide technical support, assisting in resolving technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements:*
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in operations engineering, with a preference for experience in the blockchain industry.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems, with a strong command of common system management and automation tools.
Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Redis and MongoDB.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, along with a background in DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of common network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.), with network troubleshooting skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to respond quickly in high-pressure environments.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work closely with development teams.
