Senior FF&E Specialist

Job Overview

The FF&E Specialist is responsible for selecting, procuring, and coordinating the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior design projects. This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Selection and Specification:

Collaborate with interior designers and architects to select appropriate FF&E items that meet design, budget, and functional requirements.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E items.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed schedules and specifications for all FF&E items.

Quality Control:

Inspect delivered items to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.

Client Interaction:

Present FF&E selections to clients and handle feedback to adjust selections as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture ,Fine Arts or Applied Arts.

1:5 years of experience in FF&E selection and procurement.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office).

Strong negotiation and management skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Working Conditions

Office setting with occasional site visits.

Travel will be required for site visits and meeting
