Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Financial Management:
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and cash payments.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure balance between inflow and outflow.
- Prepare Financial Reports:
- Generate weekly and monthly income and expense reports.
- Provide detailed profit and loss statements to management.
- Invoice and Supplier Management:
- Review and prepare invoices for suppliers.
- Ensure timely payment of dues.
- Financial Oversight:
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile stock records with financial data.
- Verify the accuracy of accounting entries to maintain reliable financial systems.
- Tax and Compliance:
- Prepare documentation for tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Provide financial support to the sales and marketing departments.
- Recommend improvements for financial and administrative processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supermarket or retail sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Excel and QuickBooks (or similar platforms).
- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with other departments.
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Day Off: Friday (weekly rest day)
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
