To lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
Overall Business
- Collaborate with the senior management team and/or the Finance Manager to achieve the company's long-term financial planning objectives.
- Conduct annual budgeting and mid-year forecasts of profits; provide analytical reviews, feedback, and recommendations to executive management.
- Analyze and report on the company's current financial status, including P&L by country and SKU (Gross Margin % and Net Profit %), and Employee & Business-related expenses budget vs. actuals.
- Develop financial models and cost projections for new projects.
- Study investment options and present SWOT analyses of the investments.
- Assist management in the development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Review and investigate the company's accounting transactions to improve data accuracy.
Manufacturing
- Establish financial controls by effectively implementing and maintaining financial policies and instructions.
- Conduct standard cost planning as part of the annual operating plan and new SKU creation.
- Supervise the production order process, including the review of WIP and settlement of completed production orders.
- Produce standard cost accounting reports (e.g., depreciation, labor, equipment reports) and prepare standard journal entries.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process by assisting operations management with budget inputs, reviewing spending, staffing, production, and capital plans, and completing budget templates.
- Support the monthly accounting close process for the manufacturing sites.
- Review and analyze purchase and staffing requests while ensuring that spending and headcount levels are within budget targets.

Academic Education & Professional Certification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree in a business-related field or an MBA is desired.
- Knowledge of IFRS and other related accounting laws or standards.
Operational & Managerial Experience
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar position.
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise and confidentiality in handling financial databases, finance, and statistical software.
- Excellent presentation skills - the ability to understand and interpret complex data easily for all necessary stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, effective multitasking, and swift strategic thinking skills.
