Key Responsibilities
Creative Excellence: Lead bespoke floral designs and oversee weekly installations, ensuring every arrangement aligns with our clients visions and Alissar's brand aesthetic.
Mentorship: Inspire and mentor junior florists, fostering creativity and enhancing their design skills through hands-on training and regular feedback.
Client-Centric Service: Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating on custom designs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Operational Management: Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and daily stock management, optimizing resources and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
