Role Description
We're looking for a Flutter Frontend Developer to join our client's team. If you're a self-starter with a reliable and consultative approach who wants to contribute to the world of personal finance management while gaining experience from a company in an exciting growth phase within Dubai, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll play a crucial role in refactoring the apps frontend, enhancing user experience, and driving the successful launch of new features. Key Responsibilities
- Code Refinement: Assess and refactor existing code to improve stability, performance, and scalability. Ensure the application is optimized for the latest Flutter best practices
- Feature Development: Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, user-friendly features
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive the team towards innovative solutions that align with product goals
- Collaboration: Liaise with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and debugging processes to maintain a high standard of code quality and application performance
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to elevate the overall teams capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter; previous experience in building fintech or personal finance apps is a major plus
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Dart and Flutter, with experience in refactoring and optimizing codebases
- Product-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand business and product requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance user experience
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members
- Passion for Personal Finance: A genuine interest in personal finance and the impact technology can have on financial well-being
