Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient knowledge of state management libraries like Redux.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, testing, and documenting our cloud web application
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Apply software engineering best practices i.e. SOLID principles, clean code, and clean architecture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Collaborate highly with backend developers
• Manage the development and release of new products
• Develop the skills of the development team, including pairing and reviewing code
• Designing the infrastructure and architecture of the platform to scale both with performance and quality as customer needs evolve.
• Support the team in all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support, as well as lead our architecture design and future planning
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Success working in a fast-growth startup
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with one or some of the following languages: JavaScript, React, Next, State management, HTML, CSS
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
