Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Job Summary: As senior frontend developer play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of React.js and a deep understanding of modern web development practices, including component-based architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs. As a senior member, you will also mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices are implemented throughout the development lifecycle Key Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features with React.js and Redux or other state management libraries. Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for enhanced user experience and performance. Mentor and support junior developers in React and frontend best practices. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure that the product meets customer expectations. Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem updates and modern web development practices. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in frontend development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX. Familiarity with React Hooks, functional components, and lifecycle methods. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Axios, Fetch). Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn. Experience in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Understanding of GraphQL. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma
