Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our comprehensive solutions, overseeing both frontend and backend aspects as well as contributing to server infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive the evolution of our systems.
Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
- Design and architect complex, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Lead the development of responsive, intuitive web and mobile interfaces using modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Drive backend development efforts, designing and implementing robust APIs and services using languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or Python.
Server Administration and DevOps:
- Oversee and optimize the Linux-based server infrastructure, managing web server technologies (Nginx, Apache) and ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop and enhance deployment processes, utilizing DevOps tools and automation (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Docker) to streamline the delivery pipeline.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to understand requirements and drive technical solutions.
Performance Optimization:
- Implement strategies for performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization across the entire technology stack.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in both frontend and backend systems.
Innovation and Continuous Learning:
- Stay at the forefront of technology trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and frameworks to enhance development and infrastructure processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in full stack development, with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies.
- Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).
- Strong knowledge of server administration, web server technologies (Nginx, Apache), and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing scalable and high-performance systems.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
