Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic and Media Designer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality graphic designs and media assets that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing materials including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, print collateral, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and sales to understand project requirements and objectives.

Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, multimedia, and digital marketing to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, as needed.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, or related field.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital media and marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.

Any additional certifications or specialized training in graphic design or multimedia.
