Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in UI/UX, logo, branding, and video animation, you will play a crucial role in developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative designs that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user-centric and visually appealing UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create original logos, icons, and visual identities that resonate with the brand's essence and effectively communicate its values
- Develop and execute branding strategies to maintain consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Produce high-quality video animations and motion graphics for various marketing and promotional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of the design work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding design standards
- Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders with clear rationale and compelling storytelling
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand's visual language and design guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for design and branding initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on UI/UX, logo design, branding, and video animation
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong design skills and successful projects in UI/UX, branding, and video animation
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Ability to interpret and incorporate feedback to refine designs and enhance creative outputs
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on precision and quality in all design deliverables
- Experience in creating responsive and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms
- Proficiency in video editing and animation tools and techniques
- Knowledge of industry-standard design software and emerging design trends
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
