Calling all Graphic Designers who have worked on Finance / Trading Platforms
I am currently working with an established company here in Dubai and I am looking for a Superstar Senior Graphic Designer, who has experience in the Finance / Trading space to come and join them!
Your Challenges and Mission:

- Infuse the brand into every pixel: Ensure visual consistency across all platforms, reflecting the unique voice and personality of our client.
- Balance beauty and functionality: Collaborate with copywriters and developers to create designs that are both stunning and user-friendly.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Bring fresh ideas and innovative techniques from the latest design, UI, and UX trends.
- Mentor and inspire: Guide junior designers, helping them grow and sharpen their skills.
- Champion quality: Offer constructive feedback, ensuring that everything produced meets the highest standards.
Must-Haves for the Role:
- 6-8 years of experience
- A strong, visually appealing Portfolio
- BA/BS in Design (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communication, Product, or Industrial Design) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with design systems across complex products
- Strong interaction design sensibility
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, AI tools
- Bonus: Experience with 3D software like Blender or C4D
- Strong core skills in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and guiding users through tasks visually
- Ability to create cross-functional style guides
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
