Responsibilities :
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize fresh visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, graphic content, illustrations, and infographics and other designs
Work with copywriters and team to produce final design
Prepare and test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery
Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
Assist with the production and printing process, to ensure high-quality output of graphic materials
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design assets produced
Requirements and skills :
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
Min 5 years of experience as a graphic designer (ideally 2years on the client side)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on print and digital media
Proficiency in design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
Experience in creating visuals for various social media platforms and their difference requirements
A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
Accustomed with branding rules and practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and efficiently to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Understanding of social media trends and digital advertising best practices
