We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing design strategies that promote our B2B and B2G subscription-based products and services. This position requires a creative visionary who can produce high-quality visual content that engages and informs our target audiences while upholding our brand identity.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including templates, digital ads, presentations, infographics, brochures, websites, and social media. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimized for the desired audience and platform. Conceptualization: Work with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with business objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Motion Graphic Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and other teams to produce cohesive campaigns and materials. Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that the team maintains high-quality design standards and best practices. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail. Asset Creation: Design custom icons, illustrations, and other graphic assets as needed to elevate marketing content. Stay Current: Keep up to date with design trends and software to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in related field, with professional certifications in field of profession. Experience: 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or B2G environment. Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with additional design software such as Figma or Sketch is a plus. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including digital and print work.work. Experience in Subscription-Based Services: Familiarity with designing for products and platforms that involve subscriptions or complex service offerings. Knowledge of UX/UI Design: Basic understanding of user experience and user interface design principles. Marketing Insight: Awareness of marketing strategies and how design contributes to brand and sales performance. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with business objectives. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring designs are accurate, polished, and of the highest quality. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make design decisions based on analytical thinking and user feedback.
