Job Description:
Our growing organization is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, reports, data visualizations, and layout designs that effectively communicate information to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually engaging presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and other presentation software
- Design professional-grade reports, whitepapers, and other collateral with a strong focus on layout and typography
- Create innovative data visualizations that transform complex information into easily understandable graphics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into cohesive, impactful design solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and best practices in your field
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them grow their skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proven expertise in creating presentations, reports, and data visualizations
- Strong understanding of layout design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on design projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
