Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs across various platforms and mediums. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and leadership to guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling graphics and visual content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity
- Design layouts, illustrations, and graphics for website and mobile app interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Concept Ideation and Collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our design processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the content team, to incorporate messaging and text into the designs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Masters degree or additional certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Aftereffects Essentials) and 3D blender is a plus
- Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile app design
- Attention to details and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts
