We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Administrator to join our dynamic team for a high-profile infrastructure construction project in Riyadh. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional HR administration skills and a proactive approach to providing administrative support across various project-related functions. As the Senior HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing comprehensive administrative assistance to facilitate project success.
Your new role, what's involved
HR Administration:
Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to, employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee benefits administration and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics.
Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory management.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to facilitate smooth project operations.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the project team, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintain project documentation and files in an organized and accessible manner.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project-specific requirements regarding HR practices and documentation.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation as necessary.
Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related regulatory issues or concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to support project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize administrative workflows.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and accountability.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration roles, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
