Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations

HR Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the attendance & Vacations records of employees
Follow up on each employees annual leave, sick leave
Answer staff questions regarding payroll& Human Resources matters
Keep all employees files update & ensure all documents completed
Responsible on making employees investigation regarding on company`s policy
Responsible on follow up company policy
Handling the process of termination and resignation
Responsible for contracts renewal for all employees
Calculate monthly attendance &download fingerprint for all employees to prepare monthly salaries sheet.
Form1 , 2 & 6
Making job descriptions for all employees and let the new hires sign on it.
Making Evaluations for all employees.
Adding Job posts on different channels
Screening incoming Resumes
Calling candidates and make first interview over the phone
Make face to face interview
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring
Send job offer to the best candidate.
Welcome on board new employees
Follow up the new hires preparing files.
