Responsible for preparing and managing the personnel records, files and legislation (social insurance, medical, etc.)
Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
Ensure proper onboarding of new hires into the Social Security system.
Maintain accurate employee records within the company's systems.
Supervises and performs vehicle and equipment acquisition , maintenance and repair
Register and license all vehicles under their management.
Job Requirements
HR Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in HR, or at least five years relevant HR experience
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
