Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our Client:

We are looking for a Senior HRBP for a leading company in the FMCG industry based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

The Role:

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management across the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the company's goals, managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes, fostering a positive work environment, overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will play a key role in driving organizational culture and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, along with a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.

Stakeholder management is another critical aspect of the role; hence the ideal candidate would need to have a strong strategic ability.

Must-Haves:

• You must have 10+ years of demonstrated success in HR Business partnering in FMCG or in a Manufacturing set up
• A forward-thinking approach along with a good commercial acumen, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
• Track record of achieving tangible outcomes through talent initiatives that positively impact business performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
