Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Leader Cosmetics in Qesm Badr. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, recruitment, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Relevant HR certifications or degrees are a plus
