The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including compensation and benefits, performance appraisal and management, and the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of grading and restructuring systems, as well as experience in developing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits and Compensation:
- Manage and oversee the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness
Grading and Restructure Systems:
- Develop, implement, and maintain grading and restructuring systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on grading and restructuring matters.
ERP System Implementation:
- Lead and manage the pre and post-implementation phases of the ERP system.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing HR processes and systems.
Performance Appraisal & Management:
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal and management system.
- Ensure consistent application of performance management practices across the organization.
HR Strategies and Systems:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Pay Plan and Benefits Program:
- Maintain and update the organization's pay plan and benefits program.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure they remain competitive and equitable.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Provide decision support to management through the use of HR metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in Menaitech will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with performance appraisal and management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years experience in benefits and compensation.
- Proven experience with grading and restructuring systems.
- Experience with ERP system implementation (pre and post).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
